Hello Family and Friends -
Another
week seems to have come and gone all too quickly. And we had transfers
this week and nothing has changed (which is good!). Here's my week in a
nutshell!
Thursday 3/17 - We worked in our zones that night.
Friday
3/18 - We spent the day and night working in the work zone. We also
moved back into our regular apartments since our carpets had gotten
cleaned.
Saturday 3/19 - We only worked in the afternoon
since my companion was briefly sick that morning - but he felt better at
around noon and we went into work at around 1pm. That night we had our
sports activity which was alot of fun. We also celebrated one of our
apartment-mate's birthday, which was also fun.
Sunday 3/20
- We went to see Music and the Spoken Word that morning and then we
went to see the broadcast of the Provo City Center Temple Dedication
(which took the place of our church meetings that day!) twice and that
was really good.
Monday 3/21 - We got up early so we could
make it to the mission choir practice on time. We then had our mission
Easter devotional and worked and then had our zone conference that
night.
Tuesday 3/22 - We worked as usual during the day
and then we had our transfer conference that afternoon - and like I said
I was not affected by the transfer this time - so I have the same
companion, same apartment, same apartment-mates, same zone, etc.
Wednesday
3/23 - We worked in our zones both during the day and night. We also
had our Wednesday choir practice yesterday which is always fun.
Thursday 3/24 - We did our shopping this morning and tonight we'll go to a research class.
It's been another great week and hard to believe that April is just around the corner. Love you all!

Hello Family and Friends -
Happy St. Patrick's Day! It's been another very busy and super awesome week. Here's what happened to me.
Thursday 3/10 - We went to a research class on Thursday night.
Friday
3/11 - We worked and we also had our bi-monthly apartment inspections
where a senior couple comes to inspect the apartments and we did really
well on it.
Saturday 3/12 - We worked during the day and then we went to the temple and also had an outdoor sports activity.
Sunday
3/13 (the start of Daylight Savings!) - We went to see the broadcast of
Music and the Spoken Word and then I had 2 choir practices - the first
was a smaller group that sang in Sacrament Meeting this past Sunday (and
yes, I had a solo in one of the verses of the hymn!) and then before
church we had the branch choir practice. We then had our regular church
meetings.
Monday 3/14 - We got up early so we could make
it to the mission choir practice on time. We then had our Monday
Morning Devotional, worked in the work zones, had our District Meeting,
and then we had our bi-monthly branch Hail and Farewell activity. For
the Hail and Farewell we "hail" the new missionaries coming in within 2
months and we say "farewell" to those going home within 2 months.
Tuesday
3/15 - We worked in the work zones both day and night. We also had a
choir practice and then the senior mission conference where the choir
sang - which was fun.
Wednesday 3/16 - We had our monthly
temple trip, but we did NOT go to the Salt Lake Temple, instead we went
to the Bountiful Temple, which was super exciting. After the session,
we had a lunch in the temple cafeteria and the food was really good. We
then made it to the senior mission conference JUST IN TIME for the
choir to sing. We also had our regular weekly choir practice in the
afternoon. That night we had to temporarily move apartments since our
regular apartment is getting the carpet cleaned - so yes, yesterday was a
super busy day but a super awesome day.
Thursday 3/17 - We've already done our shopping and went out to lunch to celebrate me finishing 1/4 of my mission last week.
It's
definitely been an awesome week and a busy week this week. I'm excited
about the upcoming week. ALSO - this is the last week of the March
transfer (this month has flown by really fast!) - so I don't know yet
when I'll be emailing home next time yet. Love you all and have a super
awesome week! :)
